Ingredients:

For the Vanilla Coconut Shake:

  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 2 tbs maple syrup or
  • sweetener of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Blue Spirulina Powder
  • 2 frozen bananas

For the Yogurt Glass Decoration:

  • Plant-based yogurt of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon Pink Pitaya Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Curcumin Powder

Directions:

  1. Divide the plant-based yogurt into two separate bowls.
  2. In one bowl, mix in Pink Pitaya Powder until fully incorporated, creating a vibrant pink yogurt.
  3. In another bowl, mix in a combination of Pitaya Powder and Curcumin Powder, adjusting the amounts to achieve a pastel orange shade.
  4. In a blender, combine coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, frozen banana and Blue Spirulina Powder.
  5. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth.
  6. Take two serving glasses and begin layering the colored yogurts in any desired pattern.
  7. Pour the blended Vanilla Coconut Shake into the prepared yogurt-decorated glasses.
  8. Optionally, add the rest of colorful yogurt on the top.
