Due to the ongoing pandemic our freight providers are experiencing delays in the regular processing, as staffing is limited.
Because of this we are now extending our expected delivery times to double to what it usually is. This also applies to our refund policy.

European orders are usually delivered within 5-7 working days.
Standard shipping is 15 EUR if order value don't reach the 80 EUR free shipping limit.

Unfortunately we do not yet offer free shipping to all European countries, but we do still deliver to all of them!
The shipping charge for countries not listed above is 18 EUR.
Orders over $80 USD ship for free to:
North American orders are usually delivered within 5-10 working days.
(but could be as long as 20)
Standard shipping is 15 USD if order value don't meet the free shipping limit.

We deliver to almost all countries world wide. See "No Ship Zone" for exact countries.
International shipments are usually delivered within 7-20 working days, depending on how far from Sweden your country is located.

Australian & New Zealand shipments usually delivers within 14 working days.
Unfortunately we do not yet offer free shipping to your country, but we hope to some day! For now we charge a 20 USD flat rate fee to deliver international orders.
No Ship Zone
We have taken the decision to restrict shipments to the listed countries due to complicated customs regulations and restrictions.
We have faced lots of issues with shipped orders not being delivered and will not open for shipments until we find a better way to safely deliver orders.

Orders ship from Sweden
Rawnice HQ is located in Stockholm Sweden. All orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in Nybro, Sweden,.
Most orders ship the same day if placed before 13.00 / 1 PM (Central European Time).
If an order is placed on a Friday afternoon after 13.00 / 1 PM or during the weekend it will ship out Monday.

At Rawnice we work really hard to have 100% customer satisfaction. For this reason we have a generous delivery guarantee where we promise to deliver you order, or give you a full refund.

Some products are occasionally available for pre-orders. This is a way for us to allow you (the customer) to book a product early before it is actually in stock. so that you make sure to get it.
All pre-orders are paid in advance and we will ship them out a soon as the product on pre order is back in stock in our warehouse.
Ordering both pre-order and stocked items:
if you order multiple items, where just one is on pre order we will still hold the entire order for shipment until the pre-order item is in stock. This is to avoid charging double shipping fees.
If you want to split ship your order in two shipments we recommend placing two different orders so that one can ship out while the pre-order is getting restocked.
Rawnice maintains the following return policy for all of the consumables on this website.
Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:
- The address for the order was correctly entered, but your package has not arrived within 6 weeks of the shipment being sent from the warehouse.
- Your package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable (but correct adress was entered)
- Your product is damaged or faulty
- You are not happy with the product and it has been returned to our warehouse (minus shipping)
If you wish to return your product please send us an email at Customerservice@rawnice.com and we will help you sort out the shipping.

Local taxes/vat might be added upon delivery for countries outside of the EU. Check "Additional charges" below for more information about eventual additional costs.
We offer secure and fast payments with PayPal and Credit card payments trough Stripe at checkout.
All charges are made in US Dollars (USD) at the most current exchange rates.
Our website is 100% verified and all transaction and customer info is securely encrypted with the latest technology.

Additional charges & taxes
Additional charges might be added on our International shipments
These additions are decided by your countries local customs office, and include charges such as clearance fees, customs duty, good and services tax (GST) and other taxes.
We (rawnice) have no control over these charges, and we always recommend that you contact your local post office/authorities/customs if you are unsure about what local fees might be added to your order.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO ALL NORWEGIAN CUSTOMERS:
Norway has a special and strict tax and import system since you would buy from an EU country (Sweden). This means that all purchases over 350 NOK will be taxed according to the import law.
The base cost for import is 331 NOK if the value of the purchase is over 350 NOK. So you will get taxed at least 331 NOK no matter the value of your order.
On top of that there is a 25% VAT (MVA) added to your order and a small cost for the toll handeling and care.
There is no way around these costs if your order value is above 350 NOK.
All orders under 350 NOK will go without added costs since its below the tax limit.

We will refund the full amount of your purchase (minus shipping) to you within 30 days according to our return policy (see above).
The money will be refunded to the source it was paid from, either PayPal account or Credit Card.
