    All orders ship out from Sweden because we're proudly based in the capital of the nordics, Stockholm!

    European Orders usually arrive within 2-6 working days. International Orders take around 5-15 working days.

    We're lightning fast! If you place your order before 13:00 / 1 PM (Central European Time), it's shipped out the same day. Orders placed on Friday afternoons, weekends, or holidays will blast off on the next working day.

    Return Due to Refusal or Local Import Duties:
    If your order was returned to our warehouse because you requested the courier to send it back while it was in transit or if you refused to receive it due to local import duties, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item(s) minus shipping fees, handling fees, and the cost of returning the goods to our warehouse.

    Non-Delivery Within 6 Weeks:
    If your package has not arrived within 6 weeks of the shipment being sent from our warehouse, and the address for the order was correctly entered, we will initiate a refund for you.

    Undeliverable Package:
    In the event that your package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable, despite the correct address being entered, we will provide a refund for the cost of the item(s) minus shipping fees.

    Damaged or Faulty Product:
    If your product arrives damaged or is found to be faulty, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a refund for the affected item(s).

    Product Dissatisfaction:
    If you are not satisfied with the product and have returned it to our warehouse, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item(s) minus shipping fees.

    Oh no! Send us an email over at customerservice@rawnice.com so we can fix this for you! Quick note: codes don't usually work on sale items and bundles.

    ❓ I made a mistake in my order, can I still cancel it?
    Send our CS team a quick email so we can fix this for you before this gets shipped out!

    ❓ When can I expect my delivery to arrive?
    Shipping can be as long as 20 days if you order from a country far from Sweden, but this is now doubled due to the delivery delays brought about by the pandemic.

    ❓ Where can I track my order?
    All shipments are fully trackable and delivered directly to your door via your local postal network. But if you have a tracking number, or your order number, you can track your order directly via the link here: Tracking Page link

    ❓ I placed an order on your website a few weeks back, but haven't heard from you. Can you tell me what's up with my order?
