FREE SHIPPING on all orders above 499 SEK / 60 USD / 50 EUR

Standard Shipping Cost:
Sweden - 49 SEK
Europe - 10 EUR / 99 SEK
Outside of Europe (world wide) - 14 USD  / 12 EUR / 119 SEK


We ship all orders within 1-2 working days.
Shipping time may vary depending on your geographic location.

Standard delivery time:
- Sweden is always within 1 week after we email you about the order being shipped from our warehouse.
- International orders is regularly delivered within 7-14 days.
(Except Australia. Due to the distance and customs orders are usually delivered within 20-25 days)

In the unlikely event of you not receiving your order within this time, please contact us at Info@rawnice.com and we will be happy to help you figure out when your order will be delivered.

All our shipments are trackable and safe.

On our International shipments additional charges can be added.

These additions are decided by your local customs office, and include charges such as clearance fees, customs duty, good and services tax (GST) and other taxes.

We (rawnice) have no control over these charges, but we always recommend that you contact your local post office/authorities/customs if you are unsure about what local fees might be added to your order.

RAWNICE maintains the following return policy for all of the consumables on this website.
Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:

  • Your package has not arrived after 6 weeks and the address for the order was correctly entered
  • You are not happy with the product and it has been returned to our warehouse (minus shipping)
  • Your package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable
  • Your product is damaged

If you wish to return your product please send us an email at info@rawnice.com and we will help you sort out the shipping.

We will refund the full amount of your purchase (minus shipping) you within 30 days according to our return policy (see above).

Make sure to double check your adress when placing an order so that it is correct and includes the street number.

If your package does not find its way over due to incorrect adress on the package, we will not pay for shipping it again. An additional shipping fee will be added for a second shipment.

We are not liable for any loss of goods made by our couriers but we do strive to have 100% customer satisfaction, so please get in touch with us at info@rawnice.com if your have any issues with recieving your shipment and we will help you out to the best of our abilities
