COVID-19: Extended delivery times

Due to the ongoing pandemic our freight providers are experiencing delays in the regular processing, as staffing is limited. Some deliveries are also shipped by boat insted of air due to limited cargo flights on the routes.

Because of this we are now extending our expected delivery times to double to what it usually is.
This also applies to our refund policy.


We promise to deliver all orders shipped, or refund fully. We just cant guarantee our usual delivery time.

We hope you understand our situation and still want to support our mission and colorful vision of health and fun!

TRACKING FAQ:

When do i get my tracking number?

You get your tracking number as soon as the order leaves our warehouse.

All orders are packed in, and shipped from Sweden, and most orders ship within one business day.

If the order is placed on a Friday afternoon, 12PM or later (Central European Time) or during a weekend it will ship out Monday.

When can i expect my order to arrive?


Most countries are delivered between 4-14 business days once it has been shipped.

Shipping can be as long as 20 days if you order from a country far from Sweden. (Australia and New Zealand as examples)

Expected delivery time examples:
USA - 7-14 business days
Sweden - 3-5 business days
Canada - 14-20 business days
UK - 5 business days
Germany - 5 business days
Australia - 15 business days

My order did not arrive on time


We strive to make all customers happy, and in the unfortunate situation where your package was not delivered on time, and you are unable to track it using the tracking link, we will personally assist you to figure out any issues.

Please contact out Customer Service with your order number and your issue, and we will do everything in our power to get you your package as soon as possible!

I am not happy and want a refund


RAWNICE maintains the following return policy for all of the consumables on this website.
Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:

  • Your package has not arrived after 6 weeks and the address for the order was correctly entered
  • You are not happy with the product and it has been returned to our warehouse (minus shipping)
  • Your package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable
  • Your product is damaged
