Our Matcha powder is finely ground powder of specially grown and processed green tea leaves, traditionally consumed in East Asia.

It is suitable for the application of tea beverages (e.g. iced tea, pure tea, fruit tea, milk tea) as basic raw material or as flavor enhancers for cake, candy and chocolate.

Store in a dry and cool environment away from direct sunlight. Always re-seal both packing bags (inner + outer) to avoid moisture getting inside and causing it to get lumpy.

Suggerimenti professionali per risultati INCREDIBILI

1. La dimensione della porzione consigliata è di 1 cucchiaino, aggiungine dell'altro se desideri un colore più forte.
2. Mescolare con cibi di colore chiaro per ottenere il pop più colorato e il risultato più vivace. Consigliamo banane, mango e latte vegetale ai principianti.
3. Sciogliere in acqua calda prima dell'uso se la polvere diventa grumosa o dura tra un utilizzo e l'altro.
4. Evita di mescolare con il cocco perché reagirà e causerà un cattivo odore dopo un po 'di tempo.
5. Non riscaldare oltre i 70 gradi Celsius (158 Fahrenheit) in quanto ciò potrebbe far perdere il suo vivace colore rosa. Per frittelle friggere a temperature più basse più a lungo per mantenere il colore rosa.
