1 cup frozen mango
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 fresh banana
150 ml of oat milk, or any plant-milk of choice
- Place mango, pineapple and banana in a high powered blender. Add milk and blend all until smooth.
- Add the black goji powder and blend again until well incorporated.
- Transfer smoothie into a bowl or glass, add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
For a thicker smoothie texture, use frozen bananas and add only a splash of milk.
