¿Los polvos tienen algún sabor?
Todos nuestros polvos tienen un sabor neutro y se pueden utilizar para todo tipo de alimentos sin arruinarlo. Esa ha sido nuestra misión desde que comenzamos Rawnice. Superalimentos coloridos con sabor neutro.

¿Hay aditivos, gluten, lactosa, nueces o alérgenos en sus productos?
Nos aseguramos de que solo obtengas las cosas buenas, por lo que tenemos todos nuestros polvos procesados en una instalación que no procesa lácteos, gluten, nueces o mariscos. ¡Nuestros polvos son 100% naturales y son 100% VEGAN! Porque amamos a todos los animales :)

¿Desde dónde vienes?
¡Enviamos sus pedidos desde Suecia! La mayoría de los pedidos se envían el mismo día si se realizan antes de las 13.00 / 1PM (hora de Europa Central). Si un pedido se realiza un viernes por la tarde después de las 13:00 / 1 PM o durante el fin de semana, se enviará el lunes. Si se realiza un pedido durante un día festivo, se enviará el siguiente día laborable.

¿Cuál es tu política de devoluciones?
Los reembolsos se emiten en las siguientes circunstancias:
  • La dirección del pedido se ha introducido correctamente, pero su paquete no ha llegado dentro de las 6 semanas posteriores al envío enviado desde el almacén.
  • Su paquete se devuelve a nuestro almacén como no entregado (pero se ingresó la dirección correcta)
  • Su producto está dañado o defectuoso.
  • Usted no está satisfecho con el producto y ha sido devuelto a nuestro almacén (menos el envío)
